HILTI PORTUGAL is the”Best Company to Work For” – Awarded by the magazine “Exame”

Present in Portugal since 1978 and currently installed in the Business Park of Lionesa, in Leça do Balio, Hilti employs 98 people, 60% of whom have a college degree. The average age is 39 years.

The “Best Companies to Work for” study has been carried out for 15 consecutive years by Exame magazine and now in partnership with AESE business school, with the objective of rewarding the best Human Resources practices and distinguishing companies with the highest degree of commitment of its workers. The initiative is open to companies with more than ten employees or billing over two million euros.
