Martinhal Hotel opens in Chiado in September

In September, the Martinhal Group opens its 4th unit in the Chiado district of Lisbon, where the unit invested about 15 million euros.
The building Martinhal Residences, in Rua do Alecrim, will offer 37 apartments, sold to international investors and managed by the company. It is a 5-star apartment hotel.

The new Martinhal Residences belongs to Chitra Stern, CMO and founder of the group, and has over 32 partners who have invested in the project by purchasing 32 of the 37 apartments. With recourse to bank financing, that project investment plan, has several investment partners from different sources as Malaysia, Mauritius, Hong Kong and Seychelles.
