Sandra Gomes Pinto participates in the second Spring Litigation Symposium

Sandra Gomes Pinto, member of the LCS, participates in the second Spring Litigation Symposium, which takes place on March 3th, 2016 in London, organized by the CDR-Commercial Dispute Resolution (world renowned organization for events and publications in the area of ​​law and arbitration), in order to discuss competition law and its application and indemnity actions when breach of it, particularly what regards the Directive 2014/107, which should be implemented until 2016, and which could mean significant changes in the European area on this matter. This event includes the participation of representatives of various societies of European lawyers, and Sandra Gomes Pinto is the only Portuguese invited.

Sandra Gomes Pinto is part of a panel of speakers like the German lawyer Thomas B. Paul, partner at Hengeler Mueller and the Belgian lawyer David Henry, senior associate at McDermott Will & Emery, whose moderator is the English lawyer Miranda Savorgnani, and where “collective class actions” in the perspective of each jurisdiction ” are discussed.
