Doubletree Hotel Lisbon has a new Director of Food & Beverage

doubletreehiltonRui Januário is, since 1st December, the new Director of Food & Beverage at the Doubletree Hotel Lisbon – Fontana Park.

With a strong international experience in the luxury hospitality sector – he worked for Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel chains in Dubai and Marriott in Qatar – Rui Januário transits from Sushic Group. In all, he has nearly 20 years of professional experience in Portugal and abroad.
Rui Januário is also responsible for the proposals of the menus of the spaces Saldanha Mar, Bonsai and Fontana Bar & Lounge, in collaboration with the executive chef Paula Carção.
