Engel & Völkers news

eng_volkThe German group Engel & Völkers, which operates in real estate in the luxury segment, increased sales in Portugal in 2014, recording a turnover of 21.1 million euros.

In Portugal, it currently has 5 stores operating, selling properties whose average selling price is around 500,000 euros.
For Ignacio Fiter, Iberian Expansion director of the network, the good results obtained have been due to an increase in sales and lending, which means that people begin to stop being afraid to buy real estate and also because Portugal got “fashionable” for foreign investors.
